The Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS)

                   In order to raise environmental awareness and professionalism among builders, the Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) was created.

                  Also, it is an indication of a builder's corporate social responsibility to the environment and the public during the construction process.

Its goals are to:

        1. Enhance the protection of the environment during the construction of projects.

       2. Establish principles for gracious behavior. Among neighbors and residents who may be adversely affected by construction activities near them, these practices help enhance the image of builders and the built environment zone.

     3. Incorporate productive construction patterns into construction projects so that construction time on site can be reduced and/or construction activities can be shortened. The public is remitted inconveniences as a result.
